Responsibilities

• Partner with regional business teams to support market launches and ongoing operations
• Translate market priorities into clear, system-aware product requirements and capability proposals
• Work closely with Engineers and QA to understand system behavior end-to-end and shape scalable product solutions
• Identify system dependencies, workflow constraints, and operational risks
• Prioritize product investments based on ROI, operational efficiency, risk reduction, and cross-market scalability
• Use AI tools to accelerate synthesis, documentation, and early prototyping

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in product management, operations, or consulting
• Experience in capital markets, asset management, custody, trading, ETF/ETP lifecycle, or fund operations
• Ability to reason about complex systems, workflows, and tradeoffs
• Ability to work closely with engineers and technical leads to shape solutions
• Ability to synthesize complex inputs and present structured recommendations
• Disciplined use of AI tools for analysis and execution
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to fintech, crypto, or regulated products
• Experience working with internal platforms, operational workflows, or data systems
• Technical background or strong technical curiosity
