Product Management System Implementation PM

Responsibilities

• Establish Product Lifecycle Platform roadmaps, including PLM/PDM and engineering data management solutions
• Lead the full lifecycle (design, build, deploy) of next-generation product development platform projects
• Benchmark and select optimal architectures by analyzing major solutions like Dassault, Siemens, and PTC
• Manage vendors and partners through RFP writing, contract negotiation, and technical partnership management
• Operate governance and steering committees to align processes across HW/SW development, procurement, and manufacturing teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a PM for end-to-end implementation of enterprise-grade solutions (PLM, PDM, etc.)
• Deep understanding of manufacturing and automotive development processes
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical system requirements
• Experience in strategic sourcing and technical negotiations with domestic and international vendors
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate complex stakeholder interests
• Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ALM-PLM integration (hybrid systems combining software and hardware development cycles)
• Knowledge of cloud-native platforms and SaaS-based engineering platform implementation
• Experience with Agile methodologies for incremental system deployment
• Experience with engineering data utilization, such as Data Lake integration
