Product Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate end user testing sessions and field visits for new products
• Compile testing feedback to provide insights for product refinement
• Act as primary point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve concerns
• Support drafting and editing customer-facing communications like packaging and launch guides
• Conduct product demonstrations for events, potential customers, and dealers
• Organize and maintain project and product documentation
• Assist in developing data sheets, pricing calculations, and sell sheets

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Sales preferred
• 1-3 years of sales, marketing, or engineering experience
• Basic knowledge of power tools and accessories
• Basic knowledge of product management and lifecycle management
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency
• Knowledge of Power Tool Accessories
