About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead digital product strategy and execution, helping clients define and evolve their digital vision and customer experience goals.
- Manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and deliverables including customer personas, journey maps, and technology enablement.
- Utilize design thinking and product management principles to solve complex business problems.
- Oversee the implementation of product requirements for Point of Sale (POS) and commerce solutions.
- Use qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g., Qualtrics, Adobe Analytics) to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct lightweight prototyping using tools like Figma or Generative AI to test product designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical architects, engineers, and designers, to build best-in-class digital solutions.
- Lead and coach engagement teams, managing client expectations and developing long-term professional relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Design, or a related field (Master's degree accepted in lieu of some experience).
- 8 years of professional work experience.
- 7 years of experience in digital strategy, customer/user experience, or product strategy.
- 7 years of experience taking digital products from concept to market.
- 7 years of experience in product management, product owner, or digital strategist roles.
- 7 years of experience working with cross-functional teams (UX, developers, technologists).
- 7 years of client-facing experience in strategy consulting or a similar high-level corporate role.
- 7 years of experience in team leadership and management.
- 5 years of experience with agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
- 5 years of experience delivering omni-channel and customer experience strategy projects.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 80% to meet client needs.
