Product Management PreMaster Program - Drive Technology

Responsibilities

• Support the introduction of new products and dive deep into portfolio and marketing management within the Drive Technology division
• Act as a knowledge manager by analyzing information needs and visualizing complex data
• Develop Power BI-supported dashboards to serve as central information sources for internal interfaces
• Train users on internal systems, optimize processes, and promote knowledge transfer
• Implement practical solutions to support the international product management team, utilizing an interest in AI topics
• Serve as an interface between internal departments (Purchasing, Quality Management, Communication, Sales) and external partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study
• Clear intention to pursue a Master's degree following the program
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently while remaining a valuable team player

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Power BI
• Interest in AI and innovative technological solutions
• Additional language skills
