Product Management Officer

Responsibilities

• Synthesize market requirements for trading, order management, and commission management to drive product strategy.
• Gather, research, document, and prioritize product requirements in an agile environment.
• Partner with development teams to implement and refine new trading features.
• Interact directly with clients to present new features and gather feedback.
• Assist QA with feature validation and support client beta testing.
• Collaborate with documentation, implementation, and support teams to ensure successful client onboarding and issue resolution.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in coordination with the Product Manager.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in mathematical finance, business, or engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Investment Management technology.
• Strong understanding of front office financial products and trading venues across all asset classes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for requirement gathering and client interaction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of front-office investment management workflows.
• Experience working within agile development methodologies.
