Product Management Intern

Responsibilities

• Adopt an AI-first mindset to accelerate workflows and raise the bar for team output.
• Drive data-driven decision-making by conducting user research, competitive analysis, and pulling data from Databricks.
• Support the full product lifecycle, including drafting requirements documents, providing design support, and running user acceptance testing.
• Build cross-functional alignment between engineering, operations, and back-office teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to launch impactful features and track performance metrics.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Associate's, or Master's degree in Computer Science, Interactive Design, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead project meetings.
• Structured problem-solving skills with the ability to break down ambiguous questions into actionable milestones.
• A foundation in data analysis and a desire to derive actionable insights.
• A bias for action and a relentless growth mindset.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity, requiring presence in the New York City office 3 days a week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical fluency to understand architectural decisions and engineering tradeoffs.
• Prior experience from internships, startups, hackathons, or leadership roles in student organizations.
• A passion for consumer-first technology and the crypto/Web3 ecosystem.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptography.
