Product Management Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage supplier business plans and implementation processes to leverage supplier strengths.
• Align supplier goals and objectives with company targets to ensure mutual success.
• Monitor and recommend tactical and strategic plans for supplier business relationships.
• Participate in supplier business reviews by providing data and resolving operational issues.
• Identify and drive new supplier opportunities and unique value propositions.
• Support cross-functional communication regarding price negotiations and market knowledge.
• Manage activities and programs to drive pro-forma performance and achieve financial goals.
• Perform analysis and reporting on various program impacts.
• Manage forecasting pipeline requirements and rebate projections.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in supplier business planning.
• Strong skills in financial performance analysis.
• Proficiency in forecasting and pipeline management.
