Product Management Co-op

Responsibilities

• Design the customer experience for the first 30 days post-purchase
• Become a subject matter expert on the solution and its benefits
• Create comprehensive documentation highlighting product value
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop new promotional materials
• Design and lead training sessions
• Work closely with a Fortune 500 partner involved in software development
• Strategize outreach to existing customers for product adoption

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at Drexel University on the Cooperative learning track
• Available to work 40 hours per week for a 6-month duration
• Authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship needs
• Ability to report in-person to the Philadelphia, PA location

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in product management, user-centric design, and product development
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technology clearly
• Excellent writing skills for creating professional documentation and presentations
• General technical aptitude and curiosity to learn new technologies
• Pursuing majors in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related technical fields
