Product Management Advisor II

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and long-term roadmap for embedded offerings, including payments, card issuing, lending, and banking-as-a-service (BaaS)
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirement gathering to launch and post-launch optimization
• Evaluate and integrate third-party services into the core platform through external partner collaboration
• Design and build core payment services that prioritize exceptional user experiences
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to align technical specifications with business objectives
• Navigate complex regulatory environments such as AML, KYC, and data privacy to embed compliance into product design

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in product management
• Proven experience building and scaling consumer applications with a large user base
• Proficiency in using data analytics and performance metrics (KPIs, OKRs) to inform prioritization
• Strong technical communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex topics for executive audiences
• Legal authorization to work in Canada without the need for sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience and understanding of payment rails, money movement, or lending/credit products
• Experience working within regulated financial environments
• Experience developing products for and collaborating with high-profile corporate clients
