Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and structure data
• Implement batch pipelines for an HTR system with a focus on reproducibility and monitoring
• Train and evaluate models, specifically for early detection of writing difficulties
• Implement adaptive learning mechanisms using Graph Neural Networks (GNN) to personalize student tracking
• Improve reliability, maintainability, and industrialization quality of ML and AI components for production

Requirements

• Solid foundations in Python
• Ability to work in a mixed Python / Java environment
• Understanding of machine learning project lifecycles
• Experience with model training and fine-tuning
• Familiarity with clean code, versioning, and engineering best practices
• Comfort working in a Linux environment
• Proficiency in French and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with structured data manipulation
• Interest in data visualization
