About the role
Responsibilities
- Enhance visibility, reporting, and utilization of global fiber inventories across fiber and cable businesses
- Lead monthly Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SiOP) activities, specifically for Global Coloring and Ringmarking
- Identify slow-moving inventory segments and drive corrective actions in collaboration with supply chain, commercial, and PLM teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for optimizing global fiber supply distribution through third-party and intercompany channels
- Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to develop and implement next-generation inventory management solutions
- Support supply chain strategy projects and continuous improvement efforts within the Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) segment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, production scheduling, materials planning, procurement, logistics, or operations
- Proven experience interfacing across multiple functions including commercial, supply chain, finance, and engineering
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using ERP or specialized supply planning tools
- APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent)
