Product Line Planner

Responsibilities

• Facilitate plant and regional reviews to ensure supply and demand plans align with business goals and customer needs
• Lead the creation of supply plans for SIOP, ensuring alignment with manufacturing operations and supply chain objectives
• Perform scenario planning and capacity modeling to address supply gaps and identify opportunities
• Analyze supply and demand gaps and communicate findings to stakeholders to ensure alignment with product strategy
• Coordinate security of supply plans and manage recovery plans to meet customer demand
• Track and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and escalate performance gaps
• Support new product introductions and phaseouts, including inventory and supply plan management
• Represent manufacturing in forecast consensus meetings to develop accurate MPS/MRP plans
• Engage with Global Supply Chain and Product Team stakeholders to drive alignment between capabilities and business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or demand planning
• Strong analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting, capacity planning, and scenario modeling
• Familiarity with SAP or equivalent ERP systems and advanced supply chain planning tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced reporting skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or an MBA
• Professional certification in supply chain management, operations, or engineering (e.g., APICS, PMP, Six Sigma)
