Product Line Manager

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a dedicated category within the ESN portfolio, managing product lifecycles from innovation to retirement
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and lead promotional campaign planning across multiple channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to ensure brand alignment
• Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive developments to identify growth opportunities
• Drive product launch excellence by building comprehensive rollout plans and coordinating departmental activities
• Oversee product-related budgets, develop pricing and forecasting models, and analyze performance metrics

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of product marketing management experience within the FMCG industry
• Proven track record of managing products across their full lifecycle
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in market research and financial analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in both English and German
