Product Line Manager II

Responsibilities

• Manage the product creation process for the Energy Apparel team from line planning through final product approval
• Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, production art, and development teams to ensure seamless execution
• Conduct research on products, consumers, and the marketplace to inform creation workflows
• Maintain product tools and ensure data accuracy for all styles and aspects of the entire line
• Provide systems and process support, including product sample management and meeting leadership
• Partner with Brand Marketing to align product priorities with retail strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Merchandising, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 2+ years of validated experience in a relevant product or merchandising role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to stakeholders
• Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to meeting critical deadlines
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%
