Product Line Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional Product Team including Operations, Manufacturing, Technology, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive strategic growth and profitability.
• Develop and maintain a competitive value proposition and intellectual property portfolio for the FOX Americas product line.
• Formulate long-term and short-term business strategies, including budget planning and capacity planning.
• Champion new product development and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from launch to post-launch management.
• Lead major RFQ and pricing events, ensuring alignment with revenue and profitability goals.
• Execute financial forecasting and set overall product line pricing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business; MBA is preferred.
• 8+ years of professional work experience.
• Demonstrated experience in cross-functional leadership and leading multi-functional teams.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical product teams and commercial organizations.
• Ability to lead prioritization and decision-making processes within a product team.
