About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Product Line Manager (PLM) with product life-cycle management, including launches, sustaining, and end-of-life support
- Assist with business planning by consolidating data, preparing summaries, and tracking key actions
- Collect competitive and market information to help maintain differentiated product positioning
- Interpret market demand signals to provide forecast and backlog inputs for supply planning
- Coordinate updates to product literature, presentations, and internal documentation
- Support day-to-day activities such as pricing inputs, product availability, and item setup
- Partner with supply chain and procurement to track cost, service, and lead time initiatives
- Assist in resolving product, quality, and service issues by coordinating cross-functional responses
- Prepare and distribute routine reports and maintain dashboards for key product line metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in product line, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or commercial roles
- Conversational English fluency is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or Business
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with financial and operational metrics
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively across functions in a fast-paced environment
