About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary operational interface between business, commercial, and asset teams to ensure seamless coordination across the product lifecycle.
  • Act as the liaison with S&OP, SES, and Asset Teams to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
  • Translate commercial and asset signals into actionable plans to align asset run plans with market demand.
  • Lead regional quality teams and drive initiatives for quality improvement and cost-of-quality reduction.
  • Manage the annual grade rationalization process and coordinate product development activities, including new grade execution.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of Management of Change (MOC) processes and maintain BOMs, material master data, and product specifications.
  • Support raw material management, including cost analysis, security of supply, and trial coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master of Engineering degree with a score of 70% or above (equivalent CGPA).
  • Background in Chemical, Mechanical, Production, or a related engineering field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, manufacturing, operations, or supply chain roles.
  • Proficiency in SAP and PLM tools.
  • Strong background in regulatory compliance, quality systems, and change management.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
