Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Configuration Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support Change, Item, BOM, and Document Management within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
• Act as a quality gatekeeper for change records and controlled documentation to ensure accuracy and audit-defensibility.
• Perform setup of material master data in the ERP system and develop implementation plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the change/configuration process and system.
• Monitor the change queue and prioritize work to meet business needs and service expectations.
• Execute projects to improve change management effectiveness, including process optimization and reporting automation.
• Prepare and deliver department KPIs and support internal and external audits.
• Partner with Change Owners to provide feedback and enhance the quality of submissions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a GxP environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or Science discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe.
• Experience with PLM or Document Control software.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of quality regulation standards, specifically ISO 13485.
