Responsibilities
- Manage complex product liability litigation matters
- Handle all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, motion drafting, and hearings
- Defend clients in both California state and federal courts
- Assist with trial preparation and trial proceedings
Requirements
- Two to four years of complex product liability litigation experience at a law firm
- Experience defending clients in California state and federal courts
- Admission to the California Bar
- Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills
- Strong academic credentials
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with pharmaceutical products, medical devices, or consumer health products
- Trial or trial preparation experience
