Product Leader, Software

Responsibilities

• Lead the software product team through the full product life cycle, from conception and development to launch and commercialization.
• Manage the software roadmap across firmware/UI, desktop applications, IoT solutions, and industry-specific workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure software decisions align with hardware and material product strategies.
• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to anticipate market needs and identify growth opportunities.
• Mentor and develop a team of product managers and prioritize hiring top talent.
• Navigate ambiguity to build innovative products and establish clear strategic roadmaps.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a product management role.
• Previous experience leading a team with direct reports.
• Background in Computer Science or Embedded Engineering.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive processes forward with a bias for action.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience starting a company or launching a new product from scratch.
• Proven track record of scaling teams and leading high-performing groups.
• Experience working within the B2B technology space.
