Responsibilities

• Define the commercial strategy for your product category in alignment with company strategy (sustainability, eco-selection, services, etc.)
• Define supplier strategy and lead negotiations
• Manage category performance (revenue, margin, market share, stock)
• Manage your team, including commercial, marketing, and management staff
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the network, digital, and supply chain departments

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Professional English proficiency
• Strong knowledge of large and small household appliances
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Ability to manage stress and prioritize effectively
• Agility and resilience in a changing environment
