About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the multi-year strategy and roadmap for Klaviyo’s Finance technology stack
- Translate Finance, Accounting, Tax, and FP&A objectives into clear systems investments
- Collaborate with application owners and cross-functional teams to drive functional design
- Lead the push to identify and deliver high-value AI use cases across Finance workflows
- Partner with Controllership, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Procurement to optimize end-to-end workflows
- Serve as the primary technology partner for the CFO, Controller, and Finance leadership team
Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise or business systems with ownership of Finance technology
- 4+ years in product design for order-to-cash, record-to-report, or procure-to-pay systems
- Experience with SOX ITGC and working with internal/external auditors
- Fluency in ERP and Finance application architecture (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, Coupa, Zuora)
- Proven experience building or scaling AI and automation in Finance workflows
- Experience in a tech or SaaS company environment
