Product Lead

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level strategic themes into precise, actionable user stories and detailed acceptance criteria.
• Lead continuous user discovery and solution validation in partnership with UX/Design teams using prototypes and mockups.
• Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to maintain a ready pipeline of 2-3 sprints of high-value work.
• Act as an execution shield for engineering teams by managing cross-team dependencies and minimizing mid-sprint scope changes.
• Partner with engineering leadership to balance commercial feature delivery with technical health and infrastructure upgrades.

Requirements

• Proven background as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager working with Agile/Scrum development teams.
• Strong user-centric focus with the ability to translate market value into usable features and validated solutions.
• Outstanding precision in writing clear, unambiguous user stories and detailed acceptance criteria.
• Decisive prioritization skills and the ability to manage complex dependencies across cross-functional groups.
• Technical aptitude sufficient to understand and prioritize technical debt alongside feature development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with complex hardware, systems engineering, or machine control solutions.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile product management credentials.
