About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive product development for the Nova application platform
- Balance user needs with business requirements and strategic priorities
- Manage product discovery, delivery, and stakeholder engagement
- Drive platform self-service capabilities and participate in technical discussions
- Define and follow up on outcome-based OKRs and KPIs
- Translate user insights into product development through hypothesis testing and usage analysis
Requirements
- Experience in product management within multidisciplinary, technology-driven teams
- Experience with GitHub, Grafana, or Kubernetes
- Competence in developing digital platforms and products (Platform-as-a-Product preferred)
- Experience with outcome-based OKRs and KPI management
- Proficiency in product discovery methods including user testing and pattern analysis
- Ability to work in both Norwegian and English
- Must be able to obtain security clearance (Level K) from the Norwegian National Security Authority
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data-driven platform products and usability focus
- Understanding of technical concepts such as streaming vs. relational databases
