Responsibilities

• Build and develop the product team by hiring and growing strong product managers
• Implement product strategy into concrete decisions, priorities, and releases to drive key metrics
• Drive impact on retention, conversion, and revenue for Growly's flagship products
• Manage product-engineering team processes to ensure predictable delivery and healthy team rituals
• Fix broken processes between product and development teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in building effective product teams
• Experience working with unit economics (LTV, CAC, retention, payback)
• Ability to build and defend product roadmaps before stakeholders
• Experience with monetization or Product Market Fit (Paywalls, Pricing tests, Intro offers)
