Product Lead

Responsibilities

• Define portfolio product strategy from first principles and drive multi-pod execution
• Identify and deliver Annual Operating Plan-shaping bets focusing on profitability and growth
• Design pod-level organizational structures and capability plans to increase throughput
• Build a strong leadership bench and establish talent mechanisms across functions
• Evolve the pod operating system including planning, decision forums, and execution reviews
• Act as a thought leader for product decisions for internal and external stakeholders
• Engage with external customers and stakeholders to communicate objectives and progress

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product or Platform building and development
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to partner with cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to contribute to business decisions proactively
• Ability to build credibility and persuade others through knowledge and judgment
• Experience conducting interviews for PM and SPM roles
