Product Lead, Payment Fraud

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy for Payment fraud products and prioritize the roadmap for key features and capabilities
• Oversee the full product lifecycle of fraud prevention capabilities and tools for risk analytics, operations, and customers
• Work with commercial strategy teams to develop and enrich customer-facing fraud management offerings
• Partner with risk analytics teams to develop, implement, and monitor the effectiveness of fraud detection and prevention solutions
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, legal, and compliance to deliver market-leading products
• Manage the team of Fraud Analysts to ensure proactive monitoring of fraud metrics and identification of emerging patterns

Requirements

• 7 to 15 years of overall professional experience
• 5+ years of experience specifically in Payments Fraud or Payments Risk Management
• Proven experience in product management, including product design, planning, development, and go-to-market propositions
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field with demonstrated high academic achievement
• Experience working in Fintech or other domains characterized by high conceptual complexity
