Product Lead, Officer

Responsibilities

• Design solutions and onboard new clients onto State Street’s front-to-back Alpha TIER platform
• Lead workflow, data, and requirements analysis for current and future state models and architecture
• Create and deliver internal and client-facing onboarding documents, including proposals and playbooks
• Manage the full onboarding lifecycle from solution design and integration to testing and implementation
• Navigate complex client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
• Drive the data conversion development lifecycle, including requirements, testing, and deployment
• Act as a product and platform Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support business development and sales efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5+ years of financial industry experience
• Deep knowledge of front, middle (IBOR), and back office systems and services
• Proven experience in client engagement and expectation management
• Strong skills in complex business data analysis and requirements gathering

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating with industry software providers such as Bloomberg, CRD, or BRS Aladdin
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA
