Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CPO and executive team to define vision and strategy
• Deeply understand customers (RIAs and institutional wealth management firms) and their workflows
• Partner with design and engineering teams to build intuitive products
• Interact directly with customers to unearth pain points and discover new opportunities
• Work with internal subject matter experts to define detailed specifications
• Create and own team success metrics

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech
• Experience owning a significant product roadmap from inception to launch
• Data-informed decision-making mindset
• Strong communication and writing ability
• Outstanding UX/UI sensibilities
• Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering
• Enthusiasm for building AI-first products
