Product Lead (Full Stack)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end product delivery from early ideation to market rollout in 0–1 environments
• Translate business goals into actionable and technically sound product roadmaps
• Architect solutions using modern patterns like hexagonal or clean architecture
• Work closely with engineering teams across Python, Node.js, React, and Docker environments
• Drive lean, iterative development processes under tight deadlines
• Oversee deployment and infrastructure strategies on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Maintain high quality through DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing pipelines
• Coach and mentor engineers and product contributors

Requirements

• 10–12 years of total experience with proven leadership in full-stack product delivery
• Proven experience building MVPs and evolving them into scalable products in 0–1 environments
• Deep familiarity with SaaS product lifecycles
• Strong knowledge of modern software architecture (hexagonal, DDD, or microservices)
• Technical proficiency in React, React Native, Python, and Node.js
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD tools, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Solid understanding of DevOps workflows and modern delivery practices
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to event-driven and message queue architectures
• Experience working with monorepos and modular services
• Background in developer tooling, internal platforms, or B2B SaaS domains
• Previous experience as a tech lead or engineering manager in early-stage startups
