Product Lead

About the Company

Forus is building an AI-powered network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to accelerate new science to patients. Our platform automates the complexity between a doctor prescribing a medicine and a patient starting treatment, including insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain navigation.

Responsibilities

• Own the provider and patient experience end-to-end, including activation, engagement, retention, and referral growth
• Develop a deep understanding of how the experience varies across individual practices, provider organizations, and specialties
• Build sustained relationships with users and design partners to identify problems and shape the product roadmap
• Define and analyze metrics, instrumentation, and feedback loops to understand product performance
• Lead product development from discovery through launch and iteration
• Set a high bar for product design, information architecture, and copy in partnership with design and engineering
• Partner with operations, support, and growth teams to translate real-world complexity into scalable product experiences

Requirements

• 3–10 years of product or startup experience
• Track record of owning user-facing, workflow-heavy products
• Strong product sense, design taste, and copy instincts
• Analytical ability to investigate product behavior using SQL, Python, or similar tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to move quickly and deliver on goals in a high-autonomy environment
