Product Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex full-stack solutions using ReactJS and Java.
• Own the architectural direction for microservices, APIs, cloud deployments, and event-driven systems.
• Drive engineering standards, coding best practices, and architectural patterns across the team.
• Mentor and upskill a team of developers while fostering a high-performance engineering culture.
• Partner with product owners, risk SMEs, and data teams to define technical roadmaps and delivery strategies.
• Manage delivery timelines, sprint planning, and workload allocation within an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and contribute to cloud engineering initiatives, specifically within Azure.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience in technical leadership or engineering lead roles.
• Advanced expertise in React, TypeScript, and state management patterns.
• Deep expertise in Java, API design, and microservices architecture.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure (App Services, Functions, Event Hub, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Strong understanding of automated CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the Financial Services or Payments domains.
• Proficiency with Python for building scalable distributed data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and DAX.
