Product Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain senior relationships with regulators, government authorities, central banks, and financial institutions across the EU
• Monitor regulatory, legislative, and political developments relevant to digital assets, fintech, and financial services
• Provide management with practical insights and strategic recommendations based on policy intelligence
• Support licensing processes and regulatory applications in collaboration with legal and compliance teams
• Represent the company in policy discussions, regulatory roundtables, and industry forums
• Coordinate senior management meetings with authorities and ensure clear internal reporting on strategic engagements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Policy, Law, Economics, International Relations, or Finance
• Significant experience in public policy, regulatory affairs, or government engagement
• Strong existing network with regulators and policymakers in the relevant region
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• High level of professionalism, judgment, and integrity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, fintech, payments, or digital assets
• Strong understanding of financial regulation, market structure, and digital asset frameworks
• Ability to translate complex policy developments into actionable business implications
• Experience operating across international and cross-cultural environments
• Additional regional language capabilities
