Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product outcomes including hypothesis, roadmap, build, metrics, and results
• Identify and execute high-impact bets independently
• Solve hard, ambiguous problems by forming sharp points of view and validating against data
• Manage the full lifecycle from discovery to delivery
• Drive product expansion across Freecash and into new verticals

Requirements

• Founder-level mindset with the ability to make decisions with incomplete information
• Deeply data-driven approach with proficiency in Amplitude, Hex, and Looker
• Ability to prioritize ruthlessly to focus on high-impact tasks
• Proven track record of executing from ideation to launch and iteration
• Experience building and shipping consumer-facing products

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a founder
• Experience scaling companies through hyper-growth phases
• Background in mobile gaming or advertising industries
