Product Lead - Acquiring

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction and execution of the acquiring domain to help businesses receive payments via card and local methods
• Define the product vision and go-to-market strategy for new solutions, including upcoming ecommerce checkout products
• Build and lead a new product team to expand the domain's capabilities
• Manage and mentor Product Managers to drive high-quality execution
• Use data-driven insights to prioritize product investments and measure customer impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and risk, to deliver seamless payment experiences

Requirements

• Proven experience building and managing products for small businesses
• Experience managing products at scale (e.g., Series B, £100M+ volume, or 100K+ users)
• Demonstrated experience taking products to market in collaboration with marketing teams
• Leadership experience managing a team of two or more Product Managers
• Strong technical understanding to help teams prioritize tech debt, bugs, and new features
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use data to tell stories and influence stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills to frame complex problems and influence internal and external partners
