Product Launch Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive successful product launches in Mexico, collaborating with Strategy, Customer Care, and Customer Solutions teams.
• Provide product leadership throughout the entire lifecycle, from introduction to end-of-life.
• Act as a key liaison between the Mexico market and DT Product Strategy to communicate local requirements and feature gaps.
• Conduct comprehensive business and market analytics to support ZEV, connectivity, and special product initiatives.
• Create and deliver formal presentations to diverse audiences regarding product positioning and messaging.
• Manage product messaging and requirements across customers and dealers to drive excellence in the Mexican market.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the development of new product offers within the automotive industry using data analysis.
• Strong technical and commercial product knowledge.
• Background in the automotive industry with experience in strategic planning and working packages.
• Knowledge of User Experience (UX) principles.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to lead teams.
• English proficiency at a C1 level.
• University degree in Mechanical, Electric, Electronic, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong project management skills.
• Expertise in strategic thinking, negotiation, and decision-making.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across different organizational levels.
