Product Launch Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead new product introduction (NPI) initiatives and facilitate the development of new product advancements
• Integrate new products into manufacturing processes while ensuring design and quality standards
• Perform prototyping, iterative testing, and feedback analysis to refine products
• Analyze manufacturing workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement lean principles
• Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects
• Establish and monitor KPIs for safety, quality, labor efficiency, and production speed
• Evaluate and recommend advanced technologies to enhance manufacturing and automation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in NPI, process engineering, or lean manufacturing
• Expertise in lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and Agile principles
• Proficiency with CAD systems, manufacturing software, and process mapping tools
• Strong analytical and cross-functional leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jira or Agile project management
• Experience in off-site construction or modular building
