Product Launch Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead new product introduction (NPI) initiatives and facilitate the development of new product advancements
• Integrate new products into manufacturing processes ensuring design, quality, and efficiency standards are met
• Perform prototyping, iterative testing, and feedback analysis to refine products and processes
• Analyze manufacturing workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement lean principles to reduce waste
• Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects
• Establish and monitor KPIs for safety, quality, labor efficiency, and production speed
• Benchmark and recommend advanced technologies to enhance manufacturing and automation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in NPI, process engineering, or lean manufacturing
• Expertise in lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and Agile principles
• Strong analytical skills with experience in CAD systems and process mapping tools
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and train staff effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jira or Agile project management
• Experience in off-site construction or modular building
