Responsibilities

• Drive go-live readiness across new product or major feature launches, coordinating across Product, Engineering, PMM, and Customer Success
• Define and manage phased launch cohorts for beta and pilot programs
• Manage the delivery of internal enablement materials and coordinate with PMM on customer-facing assets
• Run post-launch retrospectives and maintain a living launch playbook
• Maintain a real-time view of adoption health and flag under-utilizing customers
• Partner with CS, Marketing, and Product to design targeted adoption programs
• Drive program management for major strategic projects, partnering with senior stakeholders

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in high-growth B2B AI or SaaS (product, strategy, or operations)
• Experience in an early-stage environment
• Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional programs through influence and process
• Strong systems thinking and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• High ownership mentality
