Product Intern

Responsibilities

• Support product build and setup activities, including preparing, formatting, and proofreading service briefs for itineraries
• Source, organize, and upload images into internal systems while ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Conduct destination, supplier, and itinerary research to support new product development and refreshes
• Triage incoming requests from Destination Experts, DMC partners, and internal stakeholders
• Track requests, manage workflow queues, and ensure timely follow-up
• Assist with Net Promoter Score (NPS) tracking, reporting, and feedback collection
• Identify recurring themes and summarize insights to support continuous product improvement
