About the Company

Composio is building infrastructure that allows agents to communicate with the tools you use for work, including GitHub, Gmail, Notion, and Salesforce. We are a high-growth startup backed by Lightspeed and prominent angels, serving customers ranging from YC companies to Zoom and Glean.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents to automate repetitive outreach, inbox monitoring, and tracking workflows
• Shepherd new app connectors from request to live status, including securing OAuth approvals and API access
• Manage sandbox credentials, test accounts, and verification paperwork
• Create demo videos and scope-mapping documentation to convert partners
• Maintain visibility on app status for engineering, product, and partner teams

Requirements

• Engineering background (BTech, CS, or similar) with shipped projects
• Proficiency in building with AI tools daily
• Strong ability to manage multiple threads and follow up persistently
• Proactive problem-solver who prioritizes automation over manual tasks
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to work in person in Bengaluru for at least 2 months
