Product Intelligence Manager

Responsibilities

• Own Klarity's event taxonomy, instrumentation standards, and analytics tooling
• Build measurement frameworks and partner with TPMs and engineers before major launches
• Build eval infrastructure for AI features including output quality and user trust
• Deliver analytics including funnel analysis, feature adoption, cohort studies, and retention
• Build self-serve capability for PMs and GTM teams
• Provide data-backed recommendations to product planning
• Talk directly with customers to understand product usage and needs

Requirements

• 4–7 years in product analytics, data science, or analytics engineering
• At least 2 years with direct product accountability
• Proficiency in SQL and building data models
• Experience designing instrumentation schemas and event taxonomies
• Understanding of AI product performance evaluation (output quality, user trust signals)
• Experience in B2B SaaS or AI platforms preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-native velocity and automated analytics workflows
• Ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear narratives for leadership
