Product Innovation Scientist II

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development and formulation of innovative color cosmetic products from concept to final production
• Create and test prototypes to ensure high standards of performance, stability, and quality
• Design and execute product testing strategies, including efficacy and claims support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, R&D, Quality, and Regulatory, as well as external partners
• Manage supplier relationships and work closely with OEM/ODM partners
• Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and new ingredients to enhance product offerings
• Support global product launches, with a specific focus on European markets

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cosmetic product development, specifically within color or make-up
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
• Proficiency in English (upper-intermediate level or higher)
• Ability to work confidently in a global, cross-functional environment
