Product Innovation Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and create innovative new products, platforms, and processes
• Analyze data and market trends to generate insights for the innovation process
• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring objectives are met
• Communicate project status and challenges to top executives
• Research materials, equipment, and outside vendor technology needs
• Document all processes and materials for each innovation
• Maintain a library of new technologies and innovations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design or engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in pre-press and designing
• 3-5 years of operations experience
• Experience in project management, Lean Six Sigma, Lean, or Business Analysis
• Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Experience with project management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or Technology
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
• CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification
