Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to project teams
- Monitor major technical facts regarding products and processes
- Coordinate industrial milestones (PRR, FAI, etc.)
- Plan industrial activities, estimate loads and extensions
- Monitor recurring (RC) and non-recurring (NRC) costs
- Participate in technical committees (COTECH) to present technical progress
- Develop test follow-up plans (test vehicles) and associated quotes
- Guarantee applicable and applied configuration traceability
- Master project management IT tools
- Coordinate actions related to capacity/load reports
- Organize managerial reviews
- Report information for each S&OP cycle
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent Master's degree (Bac+5)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrialization and/or the defense sector
- Technical expertise in electronics
- Knowledge of problem-solving methods (8D, PDCA, DMAIC, QRQC, 5 Whys) is a plus
- Autonomy and ability to manage transverse teams
- Strong interpersonal skills
