Product Industrialization Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of projects from design to production by defining and executing industrial strategies
• Set up industrial organization for projects, including staffing, work packages, and tools
• Develop and maintain the Industrial Management Plan (IMP) and coordinate co-engineering activities
• Perform gap analysis and conduct P-FMEAs to develop effective control plans
• Manage production planning during the pre-serial phase and ensure timely completion of internal FAIs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve industrial QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets
• Contribute to logistics strategy, make-or-buy decisions, and industrial costing for tenders

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or a related field)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrialization processes or project management
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as IFS or SAP
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
