Product Industrialization Engineer

Responsibilities

• Introduce new developments into production in close cooperation with internal functions and external suppliers, focusing on 3rd-party devices and OEM products
• Act as a technical interface to suppliers for technical clarifications and approvals
• Manage change management for externally manufactured products throughout their entire lifecycle within complex supply chains (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier n)
• Integrate external product numbers into the internal Philips system and process landscape
• Ensure the delivery capability of external partners, particularly regarding technical challenges or material obsolescence
• Support the qualification and development of new suppliers

Requirements

• Technical degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with OEM products, ideally within the medical technology sector
• Knowledge of quality management processes such as FMEA, APQP, and IQ/OQ/PQ
• Experience managing components or products within regulated environments
• Proficiency in project management with both internal interfaces and external partners
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams
