About the role
Responsibilities
- Introduce new developments into production in close cooperation with internal functions and external suppliers, focusing on 3rd-party devices and OEM products
- Act as a technical interface to suppliers for technical clarifications and approvals
- Manage change management for externally manufactured products throughout their entire lifecycle within complex supply chains (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier n)
- Integrate external product numbers into the internal Philips system and process landscape
- Ensure the delivery capability of external partners, particularly regarding technical challenges or material obsolescence
- Support the qualification and development of new suppliers
Requirements
- Technical degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with OEM products, ideally within the medical technology sector
- Knowledge of quality management processes such as FMEA, APQP, and IQ/OQ/PQ
- Experience managing components or products within regulated environments
- Proficiency in project management with both internal interfaces and external partners
- Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams
