Product Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify the need to implement new insurance products or system improvements
• Create detailed requirements for the implementation of products and rates
• Coordinate with the IT department to manage and track implementation progress
• Monitor system incidents and collaborate with IT to ensure timely corrections
• Perform necessary testing to validate product and rate functionality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Proven experience in the insurance industry, specifically in damage insurance, product implementation, and rate creation
• Advanced Excel skills, including database cross-referencing, conditionals, and complex formulas
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work onsite in Mexico City
