Product Implementation Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation path for new products from prototype through standardization
• Work with engineering, product, facilities, security, and operations teams to validate requirements
• Translate prototypes into deployable, scalable solutions
• Identify integration risks across physical environments including space, power, and network
• Coordinate with external vendors, manufacturers, and consultants
• Build and manage the R&D implementation roadmap
• Review drawing sets, submittals, and specifications to identify implementation issues
• Lead product vetting against design standards, permitting, and code requirements
• Define and document repeatable standards based on validated solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, or equivalent
• 5–8+ years of experience in mechanical/industrial engineering, architecture, or product implementation
• Experience working with physical products, systems, or infrastructure
• Proven ability to make early-stage designs executable in real-world environments
• Strong requirements gathering and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering background
• Experience with R&D environments, labs, or prototyping workflows
• Background in industrial design or product design validation
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Miro, and Asana
